Inami Sake Brewery

A sake brewery in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, famous for producing sake rice used in sake, Aoi Tsuru Daigin Koshu has won numerous awards at the International Wine Challenge, one of the world’s largest alcohol competitions held in London.

At the southwestern edge of the town, a beautiful natural area along the Zenbo River at the foot of the mountains is the hometown of Tomihonishiki.
The sake rice grown here and the climate allow us to brew junmai sake that only our brewery can produce.

KAMIMUSUBI BREWERY

The company’s headquarters and factory are located just downstream from the Kakogawa Tatsuryu Bay. Their main brands are “Kamimusubi” and “Tatsuryu-nada,” both of which have received numerous awards. The name “Kamimusubi” comes from the fact that two oak trees behind the brewery appeared to be intertwined as one near a shrine on the back of the brewery.
